DecoArt Varnish mat is a coating varnish which is diluent with water on a base of acrylic. This varnish dries bright/mat, transparent and yellowed-free. If you apply regulary with a soft brush, it seals coats of paintings with brilliant or mat varnish and makes them weatherproof. Stir carefully and without bubbles, before use. Clean the brush with water.
