The special quilling-ruler is particularly good as a stencil for the creation of circles with a diameter of 0.7cm up to 2.5cm. For this purpose, the paper strips will be made into a circular form with the help of the quilling pen (item no.71935000) and glued together afterwards with the paper glue (item no.3339600). Subsequently the formed circle is placed into the stencil with the desired circle size and then covered with paper glue by a brush. After drying, the circle can be taken out from the stencil.
