Every year, in time for Easter, we look forward to colourful Easter eggs and especially if they are dyed or painted by ourselves. With this set, you can dye, quickly and easily, real eggs.

The egg dye set contains 5 different colours (colour powder in yellow, orange, red, blue and green – 1 g of each colour). Made in EU. The dye is suitable for both brown and white eggs. Each colour is sufficient for about 6 - 8 eggs (depending on the egg size).

The egg dye of Rayher is food-safe, subject to the strictest legal controls and manufactured in Europe. If some dye penetrates through the porous egg shell, do not worry, it is absolutely harmless to health. All egg dyes are gluten-free.

This is how it works:
Boil the eggs, dissolve the desired egg dye in 125ml of hot water, add a tablespoon of vinegar. Then immerse the warm eggs in the dye solution for about 3 - 4 minutes and let them dry on a paper towel. Coat the dyed eggs with little grease (e.g. cooking oil) to get a nice shine.
