Material specifications: pennants - 82% cotton,15% viscose, 3% polyester; pompoms - 100% polyester; felt - 87% polyester, 13% polypropylene.
Additionally you need: scissors, glue, pencil.
Cut out motifs from template sheets, place them on felt and outline with pencil. Cut out the felt motifs, peel off the carrier foil from the rear side and stick the motifs onto the pennants, paint the pennants with fabric painting markers and inscribe them. Decorate felt motifs and pennants with wobbly eyes rhinestones and pompoms.
