Instructions in 5 steps Christmas patterns are burnt into the wood discs with the woodburning pen. The wood discs are fastened to a real branch by means of a jute string.
Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Paintbrush, scissors, pencil, natural branch, 6 eyebolts 8 × 3 mm
And this is how it works: 1
Step 1
Choose the designs intended for the wood discs from the transfer paper template. For easier application, you can cut them to size. First of all, lay the transfer paper with the dark side facing downwards on the wood disc, put your chosen design down on it and trace its outlines onto the wood discs with a pencil.2
Step 2
Turn the chosen tip into the thread of the woodburning pen. Make sure that it is well tightened. Then draw your sketched design using the warm woodburning pen.Tip: For text and lines, the fine tip is the best suitable option. For planer elements, choose the wide tip.
CAUTION: Before changing the tip, you must let the woodburning pen cool down or change the tip by means of pliers. Do not touch the hot tips with
your hands.

Step 3
Paint each element, such as parts of the burnt designs and single stars, in colour.4
Step 4
You will need pieces of jute cord of different lengths for each disc (6 cords of about 20 - 40 cm). Knot an eyebolt to each jute cord end and then screw it into the wood bark disc. Attach the other end to the natural branch. Arrange the discs in such a way to get a casual, harmonious setting.5
