Instructions in 6 steps Mix the Raysin powder with water and pour the mixture into the star-shaped casting mould. This provides the decorative stars with a particularly velvety and uniform look. And this is how it works:
80 g of the Raysin casting powder. Stir well this mixture with a craft wooden stick for about 1 min until an uniform and castable mass is obtained.
Star 7 cm: pour about 29 ml of water in a plastic bucket and then gradually add approx. 100 g of the Raysin casting powder. Stir well this mixture with a craft wooden stick for about 1 min until an uniform and castable mass is obtained.
Star 9 cm: pour about 57 ml of water in a plastic bucket and then gradually add approx. 200 g of the Raysin casting powder. Stir well this mixture with a craft wooden stick for about 1 min until an uniform and castable mass is obtained.
Star 11 cm: pour about 80 ml of water in a plastic bucket and then gradually add approx. 280 g of the Raysin casting powder. Stir well this mixture with a craft wooden stick for about 1 min until an uniform and castable mass is obtained.

Step 1
To start the preparation, put the casting mould on a solid and even surface, so that it doesn’t wiggle and coat its inside with cooking oil.2
Step 2
Star 6 cm: pour about 23 ml of water in a plastic bucket and then gradually add approx.80 g of the Raysin casting powder. Stir well this mixture with a craft wooden stick for about 1 min until an uniform and castable mass is obtained.

Step 3
Fill, quickly and evenly, the prepared star-shaped mould with the casting compound to the desired height.4
Step 4
After approx. 30-60 minutes, you can demould the casting object by turning the star-shaped casting mould around and laying it on a support out of Crepla or cardboard. Then carefully press slightly with the palm of your hand on the back of the casting mould, so that the air penetrates between the casting object and mould. Tap the star-shaped casting mould carefully on your support, so that the star out of cement becomes entirely detached from the mould.5
Step 5
Let it harden once again, at best for several days.6
