Prime the papier mâché heart with the DecoArt all purpose paint and let it dry thoroughly. Fix one paper stripe with the doublesided adhesive tape on the outside of the heart. Place the heart on the Styrofoam-plate. With the help of the quilling pen form the other paper strips into different ornaments. Insert the ornaments into the heart and align them with the pins and fixate all with paper glue.Tip: Thin the paper glue with a few drops of water and apply with the flat brush.
