Instructions in 5 steps A frame is quickly made using wooden blocks as mouldings and Viennese wicker as a backing board. Now all you have to do is top off the jewellery display made by you with your favourite pieces of jewellery.
Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Scissors, paintbrush, double-sided adhesive tape, hot-melt glue
And this is how it works:
1

Step 1

Glue the four 19 cm long wooden blocks together in order to make a frame measuring 19 × 23 cm. To do this, you’ll need the glue fix pen.
2

Step 2

Take the black acrylic paint to paint 4 wooden blocks (2 of them measuring 10.5 cm and the other 2 measuring 8.5 cm) for the jewellery display base. Allow the paint to dry.
3

Step 3

Cut the viennese wicker with scissors to the size of 16 × 21 cm.

Tip: If the wicker is too stiff, you can iron it with a steam iron to soften it.

4

Step 4

Glue the front side of the Viennese wicker to the rear side of the frame moulding. During the drying stage, place a heavy book on top of the viennese wicker to keep it flat and straight.
5

Step 5

Glue the painted wooden blocks to the front and rear side of the frame so that the side edges of the base and frame are aligned.
