Instructions in 9 steps A pretty vertical row of hearts. Knotted ribbons and the tassel attached to the endpoint round the foam rubber hearts off nicely. And this is how it works:
1
Step 1
Cut out hearts according to the cutting pattern: 4× pink, 4× jade and 4× purple2
Step 2
Make the yarn cuttings (pink) as follows: 2× 4 m (strand), 24× 14 cm + 1× 15 cm (tassel)3
Step 3
Tassel: Place the 24× 14 cm sections of yarn together and put it halfway in a loop, wrap the 15 cm long section around the loop at 1 cm and stick the end firmly.4
Step 4
Place the 2× 4 m cotton yarn cuttings on top of each other and then halfway.5
Step 5
At approx. 2.5 cm, set the first reef knot. Then make a 7 cm long reef knot. Since the yarn is very soft, do not knot the knots too tightly.6
Step 6
Then use the styrofoam adhesive to glue two pink hearts together, so that the strand with the yarns passes through centrally between them.7
Step 7
After 4 cm, put an overhand knot and after another 4 cm, 2 jade-coloured hearts have to be glued together between the yarn strands. Then again after 4 cm, set an overhand knot, after another 4 cm stick 2 purple-coloured hearts together between the strands. Repeat this step with the pink, jade and purple hearts.8
Step 8
Thread the strand of the last heart through the loop of the tassel and glue the end into the last heart.9
