Instructions in 7 steps The plastic bunny shape is made from two single parts. So you can easily remove the dried-out concrete. Cover it with golden decorative metal flakes to make your bunny shine.

Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Container with sand, plastic container, sellotape, cooking oil

And this is how it works:

Step 1

Coat the inner surfaces of the two plastic rabbit halves carefully with cooking oil and place them in a sand bed for a stable stand.

Step 2

Then fill the plastic container with about 55 ml of water and pour slowly about 550 g of creative-cement powder. Stir the mixture with a craft wooden stick until an uniform, pourable mixture is obtained. Pour the casting compound into the prepared halves of the plastic rabbit-shaped mould. Make sure that the plastic half with the outer offset edge (which is inside when plugged together) is completely filled with cement, and that the other casting-mould half is only filled to the lower edge.

Step 3

Now drop the not completely filled plastic half onto the fully filled half, and plug the mould together until it is sealed. Take the mould in your hand and shake it so that the casting compound of both halves can join together. Tape the connecting seam from the outside with sellotape. Flatten the elements smoothly with a brush.

Step 4

Now place the rabbit-shaped mould upside down and vertically, e.g. in a bucket, and let it dry for about 24 hours.

Step 5

The cured rabbit out of cement can then be carefully demoulded. Tip: the mould can be lifted gently at the seam with a flat-head screwdriver.

Step 6

Then scrape off slightly the junction of the rabbit. Allow the object to dry thoroughly for about 24 hours.

Step 7

If desired, the cured rabbit out of cement can still be sanded with sandpaper and decorated with deco-metal. To do this, just coat the rabbit with the leaf adhesive, let it dry out for 5 minutes and then apply the deco-metal. Now, coat it with the protective varnish. Done!
