Instructions in 12 steps Spray the wood slat wall panel with Chalky Finish spray paint available in various colours. Apply the mandala design with great attention to detail by means of the enclosed template.
Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Cardboard as a spray box, masking tape, paper for covering
And this is how it works: 1
Step 1
Start by preparing the spraying process by shaking all of 5 cans. After shaking each of them about 3 minutes, the mixing balls should be clearly audible.2
Step 2
At first, prime the frame out of wooden slats with the primer Chalky Finish spray. Let it dry well out.3
Step 3
Now spray the two lower slats with the Chalky Finish spray anthracite and then the two upper slats with the Chalky Finish spray lavender.4
Step 4
After a short period of drying (about 10 minutes), spray the central part of the board (three slats) with the stone-grey paint, so that you achieve a nice colour gradient. At a distance of about 30cm, spray at best horizontally at the frame out of wooden slats being inside of an old cardboard box. Let it dry well out.5
Step 5
After use, turn the can upside down and spray valve spray empty.6
Step 6
Spray the Spray adhesive non-permanent onto the rear side of the stencil Mandala and let it aerate for a while.7
Step 7
Place the stencil at one corner of the frame, so that the motif somehow overlaps.8
Step 8
Coat the rest of the board with the masking tape and paper.9
Step 9
Shake again the spray can in white.10
Step 10
Spray the Mandala motif with the white paint.11
Step 11
Take the stencil and the paper off and let it dry.12
