Instructions in 6 steps Felted swiftly with the mega felting fluid. Attach beads to a key holder fitted with a split ring and a small snap hook and you get instantly a soft, handy key ring.

Step 1
Mix the Mega felting fluid in the mixing bottle according to the instructions. Pick fine strands from the layered wool roving, which are then laid on top of each in a crosswise sequence.2 ![]()
Step 2
Take the superimposed surface in your hand and roll it up in the palms of your hands without pressure until you get a loose fluffy ball.3 ![]()
Step 3
Moisten the ball in the palm of your hand with the liquid from the mixing bottle. Then roll it up without pressure until you get a nicely shaped ball. Now slowly increase the pressure when rolling so that the fibres become denser.4 ![]()
Step 4
If the felting wool is still too dry, drizzle a small amount of liquid over the ball. Increase the pressure until you obtain a nice round and firm ball.5 ![]()
Step 5
Now thread the dry felt balls by means of a needle. Start by attaching the thread to the split ring, continue by stringing the felt balls and beads to your liking and finish by tying a knot.6 ![]()
Step 6
Finally, link the snap hook to the split ring.Tip: You can also create your key ring in different colours of Merino wool roving (e.g. item no.53 651 00 or 53 652 00) and use raw-wood balls (e.g. item no.74 991 000) instead of glass beads.
